The mission of the Gadsden Commercial Development Authority is to create and retain community wealth and improve Gadsden’s quality of life by creating an environment conducive to commercial business growth and attracting new retail and commercial business.
The purpose of GCDA is to provide direction and strategies for commercial and retail development in the Gadsden community. Since the inception of the Authority in 2004, GCDA has worked with numerous developers, property owners and business owners to help make Gadsden a point of destination for retail. The future looks bright for Gadsden and GCDA anticipates further growth in the coming years.
