GCDA is a non-profit organization that acts as a liaison between the City of Gadsden and the development community. We specialize in maintaining an extensive database of available property in the City of Gadsden, provide demographic profiles, assist in the development of tax rebates for commercial projects, provide guidance with the permitting process and are responsible, along with the City of Gadsden Planning Department, for the development of municipal properties.
