Continue ReadingGCDA offers a Facade and Sign Grant Incentive Program for eligible business owners located in the City of Gadsden’s TIFF Districts. Funds are provided on a matching basis with a maximum award of $3,000 for façade (exterior) work and $1,000 for signage. The building owner or tenant must receive approval from the GCDA before work commences in order to be eligible for grant funds.
GCDA would like to thank the Community Development Block Grant Program for funding this important program.
