Welcome to the Gadsden Commercial Development Authority

The Gadsden Commercial Development Authority was created in January 2004 and partnered with Venture Net Design to launch www.gadsdencommercial.com. The GCDA realized that having a professional website would be paramount in its capability to effectively reach a broader audience. "When a developer or prospective business owner begins their search for information about Gadsden and the surrounding area, we want that information to be insightful, informative and useful," said Lesa Osborn, Director, GCDA.

We realized that the GCDA website would be among the first things that someone visited when they began research on possibly locating to the area, and we wanted to convey a message of cooperation and ease. In today's information age, the GCDA believes that it's site is a testament to its ongoing efforts to market Gadsden as a destination for developers and retailers alike.
